Alleged contamination and recall of certain plant-based beverage products.
A Canada-wide class action settlement was reached relating to recalled Silk Canada and Great Value plant-based beverage products. The Quebec Superior Court authorized the action for settlement purposes in November 2025. If approved, $6.5 million will be distributed to eligible class members after fees and expenses.

- Residents of Canada
- Purchased or consumed recalled Silk Canada or Great Value beverages
- Products subject to the July 8, 2024 recall
- Not excluded from the settlement class
