The company denies liability, and the court did not rule on the merits. Keurig has agreed to pay $1.85 million to fund compensation for eligible consumers, administration costs, and legal fees.
Who qualifies
- Residents of Canada who purchased Keurig K-Cup pods and/or Keurig brewers
- Products purchased between June 8, 2016 and December 8, 2025
- Products were sold in packaging containing the challenged recyclability representations
- Not excluded from the settlement class
- $7 without proof; up to $50 for pods with proof; up to $25 for brewers
